30 Days to Decide

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. No stress, no pressure.
Whether it didn’t match your vibe or you had a change of heart, we understand. As long as the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging, you’re good to go.

How to Start a Return

Send us an email at office@dustona.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the quick steps and provide return instructions.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Refund Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email once everything’s finalized — no chasing needed.

Non-Returnable Items

To keep things fair and hygienic, certain items (like used lighting accessories, custom-made designs, or final sale items) may not be eligible for return. If you're unsure, just ask — we’re happy to clarify before you ship anything back.

Damaged or Incorrect Items?
