Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Free from any damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact us at office@dustona.com with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions and a return shipping address.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right.

  • Contact us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Email office@dustona.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
  • We’ll send you a replacement item free of charge.

Changing or Canceling Your Order

Need to make changes or cancel your order?

  • Requests must be made by 11:59 PM (EST) on the day of ordering.
  • Email us at office@dustona.com to process your request.
  • If the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Lost Orders

In the rare case that your order is lost in transit:

  • If your package has not been delivered within 60 days of shipping, contact us for assistance.
  • We’ll either issue a full refund or arrange for a replacement.
  • Please note: Some items may arrive in multiple packages.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
