What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Whether you're in the U.S., Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, we’re happy to deliver to your doorstep. Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How much is shipping?

For all U.S. orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of $3.95 — no matter the size or value of your order.
For all other countries, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout depending on your destination and shipping method.

How long does shipping take?

After we process your order (usually within 1–3 business days), delivery times are approximately:

  • U.S.: 5–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs clearance

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order is on the move.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we accept PayPal only.
It’s fast, secure, and lets you use your PayPal balance, linked cards, or bank account. We’ll update our Payment Policy page as soon as we add more options.

Can I return my order?

Yes! We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged securely. To start a return, just email us at office@dustona.com.

When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. The funds will be returned to your original payment method, and we’ll email you once it’s done.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Let us know within 7 days of delivery by emailing office@dustona.com, and include photos if possible. We’ll make it right, fast.
